Bad experience order placed on May 5 and I still have not received it I have sent message and I only receive automatic responses plus the phone does not work to make inquiries. I don't know what to do...the next thing to do is to call the consumer to make a complaint.

Nefarious. On May 11 I asked them to cancel my order. I was told it was not possible because it was in""preparation"". Their proposal was to return the order once it was received. They shipped it on May 12. One day after the cancellation request. Very bad on their part. What they are capable of doing to win a sale because I get more expensive return postage than the piece itself so I do not eat.

But I go on line in search of UK traders and I resent these sort of traps being set. For the time being it does not matter so much in terms of customs tariffs but from 2021 it presumably will. so caveat emptor. Also their emails contain links that are not live and when you do get on their website and enter their given details in the tracking box it still does not work.
