I paid 65� for express shipping from france to switzerland and still waited 20 days for my package to arrive. Even though all items were listed as available. Prices are with tax included but they shouldnt if the customer is outside of France. (In the End i paid around 413$ for the same item i could have gotten from Ebay for 320$ with faster shipping and less trouble. Thats why i rate it Poor for anyone who lives outside France. But what i also have to say that the items arrived in perfect condition and everything was okay. Customer service was also really nice and helpful. But still....

Zero satisfaction I found an interpreter to be able to understand what was being ordered but nothing at the end after a long wait the product arrives but it is not what was requested I don't think I will place more orders

I realize mistakes are made HOWEVER I still find this unprofessional because I should not had to wait this long for something I paid for a long time ago or get my refund. I do appreciate you saying that I'll get my refund which I hope and pray that I'll still get soon hopefully.

Good site because there's plenty of choice. On the other hand, 1001maquettes is no longer the first site I look at to place an order because it takes too long each time to receive the order. If I look at competing sites, they deliver in 3 working days. Here we're looking at 10 days or more.
