I've reached out to them a few times and each time they said it was coming. This last time they wrote back and said unfortunately it's a loss. REALLY?? Super unprofessional !

On December 27th I made the purchase in which it said that it would take 8 days to arrive and today I still have not received anything and the woman who attends in Spain all she does is to give capotazos and not make it clear where it is or how long it will take.

Absolutely terrible customer service March 2020 update: Still waiting February 2020 update: Several weeks later, after claiming to be processing a refund, I am still waiting. Absolutely terrible customer service, waited a month for an item that showed as shipped only to be told they marked as shipped as a mistake with no resolution. Even in their reply below, you can see how half hearted their customer service is. I never received even an apology and am still waiting for a refund. Do not purchase from this website. As you can continue to see below, they have never even attempted to apologize, just more dumb jokes. This was a late gift request from my nephew and I was thrilled to see in stock here because it was sold out everywhere else. Instead the order stalled after a couple days, reading as 'shipped' with no update or communication. Not everyone is in on your brand of humor, some people just want to buy a thing and have it delivered to the address provided in the time frame that was given at check, you know, like how all e-commerce sites work. Not this one though, they will not deliver your order and think they're cool with insider humor while doing it. I'm sure whatever self-important reply they have next will only continue to show how little they care about their customers. Literally all that needed to be said, was 'We're so sorry, we will process a refund' or you could have provided any update to shipping when something was clearly stalled for about 3 weeks on an order that should have been delivered within one.

Hello sir, It was shipped, we told you it was probably lost due to the time and we proposed you different solutions. Edit : Sir, we have answer you e-mais and have asked for the refund which takes place within two weeks following the time we have asked as written in our sales condition. I am sorry I didn't answer to : ""So no apology? Just some stupid jokes? This is the epitome of absolutely terrible customer service. Go fuck yourself."" Following my answer : ""Hello Mr. Harris, We are not a scam, one of our team member just made a mistake and ship it as en eco delivery and not Express ... Celestine went straight to the Warp ... I have asked for a refund of your order as it is unfortunatly unavailable at the moment with GW. Hail Hydra ... I mean the Emperor sorry,"" Second edit : Sir, Buying with us doesn't allow you to be insulting as you were and not use the minimum of politness, we are still human being answering to you. We understand you are disapointed that you didn't receive the gift. We had prefered use humor to answer your harsh emails. We care a lot about our customer and we do as much as we can when they allow us when it is possible. Sincerely,
