I don't build models, but I do puzzles. They're very beautiful and not too difficult to do.

Nothing to say, the material corresponds well and the packaging is ok. The only problem is the time between order and delivery. A bit long. What's more, I got a message saying that your parcel was arriving at your relay point today, but it wasn't. It was only 2 days later that the same message arrived and it turned out to be wrong.

Delivery of products ordered in good condition, but the delivery time was too long. The reason given for waiting for certain products from a foreign supplier is understandable, but why not tell the customer when ordering that certain products are not in stock?

A very mediocre service they sell and charge references that appear in stock and then it is not true. The transport company disappeared ..... a very bad experience after paying in advance...... do not deliver all products paid and can take up to a month and a half in delivery. This is my first purchase and I am disappointedI am very hesitant to continue as a customer.

Excellent choice of hard to find NITRO RC AIRPLANES I have been looking for 2 specific Top Flite, Greatplanes ARF’s, for years and years. Both ARF’s were discontinued more than 10 years ago. Guess what? 1001 Modelkits had them in stock! I could not believe I finally found the planes. Shipping to the USA took more than a week, both planes arrived securely, and in flawless condition. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

I was surprised by the 12-day delivery time mentioned on the article but not really highlighted... You should also review your notification system: I received no less than 25 emails notifying me of each micro-step in the order and delivery process.

Very good model, only one drawback. It would have been nice to have a detailed document on the tools needed and the useful colors for each of the models. This would have saved me time, as I have to find the necessary colors, which is currently blocking me.

Dear Customer, As we told you, unfortunately it was too late to cancel the order when you contacted us, because the parcel was already being prepared. To get a refund, please return the parcel: the refund will be processed on Wednesday, as soon as have received the article. You will find more information on the return policy in the email we sent you a couple of days ago. Best regards, The team 1001Hobbies
