Small package containing three small pots of paint, barely taped and therefore half stale. Frankly lousy

Hello Very disappointed with the date of receipt of the package. To pay 7.99 euros to have it after 5 days. I find that a bit steep. Other free parcels arrive in 48h Cordiale

Very disappointing Delivery times too long And in the end I receive a box in with half a manual in English or Japanese The other half non-existent Then a plane where parts are missing And the Pompon when we call they answer @faites an email that we transmit to our supplier " I do not know if they have transmitted but after 1 week no response In short they sell items they do not have and worse they do not know and do not know how to advise A

Okay Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.
Response from 1001hobbies
Dear Abby Halsmer, We are sorry for these incidents. To benefit from a tracking of your order, choose Express delivery for your next order. The Eco delivery is the longest and has no tracking. Could you send us pictures of the package and boxes to [email protected]. Best regards

Shocking customer service Awful phone system. Extremely slow delivery, 2-3 weeks when already dispatched. Nothing was stated on website at time of purchase. Awful email received. Very upsetting to be called a liar and slating my behaviour for leaving an honest review....
