I was disappointed in communication… I was disappointed in communication with you. Half or more were not in English and it was not until I ask questions did I get the information I needed
Response from 1001hobbies
Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. I do not understand however what you mean by ""half or more of the communication was not in English"". All the e-mails exchanged with you were in English as I just checked, since all of our customer service hosts are English speakers. You had chosen the eco delivery method, it is normal not to get any tracking number but just to be informed that the package was shipped away (on the same day of your order). For further informations about the delivery and shipping methods, please check the dedicated section in our FAQ available on the following link: https://1001maquetteshelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us Best regards, The 1001Modelkits' Customer Service.

No customer service - you're told you'll get a reply within a few days, but it never comes. I had to call several times to get a refund... in short, a very bad experience.

Order fulfilled and fast relay point delivery, no problem, everything's OK ... except that the figurines made in China, no doubt using the original airfix molds, are made with a plastic of lower quality than in 1960 1970, with resin colors that are sometimes garish and unsuitable for future painting, and abundant burrs that need to be removed before painting, which wasn't the case 50 years ago when they came from England ... but that's not 1001maquettes's responsibility ... it's China's and

Wide selection. Fast delivery. Fair prices. However, we need to extend tamya's product range to include paint accessories, primers, small tools, etc.

Too expensive for La Suisse. I bought from 1001 Maquettes because I received a voucher for my birthday. There's nothing wrong with the choice, the price and the speed of shipping. However, as I live in Switzerland and delivery costs €1899, it's absolutely not worth it. Without the gift voucher, the product would have cost me a total of €81.48, whereas ordered in Switzerland it would have cost me €68. Meill
