Good site, good organization and very good communication. Small problem with the Humbroll reference 'Acier poli' (HUC 5025) indicated in a very light tone on the site (which seems normal) but in reality a 'gris moyen' (a little lighter than slate) which does not correspond to the advertised color. Without this discrepancy in information, I would have used

Not recommended. Bought two puzzles, called 1 month later because they did not take my comment into account. Said that the problem had been solved and that they would send them back to me. Called back 15 days later because still nothing. I'm told there are more. I asked for a refund, but only on 1 product. Very

I ordered a pair of displays for figures 16 the delivery was in about 6 days to Spain but despite coming well packed one of them broke during transport. I contacted customer service and they were super friendly and attended me very fast and solved the problem very quickly. Overall very satisfied with the purchase the display is good and was at a good price correct shipping time and customer service.

I paid an additional 8 euros to the price of the item so that I could receive it within 3 or 4 days. It took more than 10 days to arrive. I complained to 1001 maquetas and they did not refund me the additional money spent. Totally unacceptable. A

Fatal the package came incomplete and we returned it. It is sent to France and through a form that is only in English or French when on the page to buy everything is in Spanish suspicious. The package arrived and they did not accept it. It stayed a lot of days in the French post office. They did not answer the mails and when they did they gave me excuses. Thank goodness we paid with PayPal who reimbursed us the cost of the return (15€) and we opened a dispute and we were able to recover all the money but it was terrible. They didn't know what to do.
