After I placed my order and paid in advance, I was suddenly told that the item was no longer available. Since then I have been fighting to get my money back. Several deadlines were ignored. Order no.: 157995 I can only advise everyone not to order here.

I had ordered the 1st Spanish electric submarine, Péra, and I received ... a model of an English steam submarine... Admittedly, I could have returned it to you because the order did not correspond to the product received, although the correct references were on the invoice. But being ill and not having all my mobility I didn't have the courage to queue up at the Post Office to return it to you. In fact, for want of anything better to do, I assembled it: it took me 1 hour and that was it. So it was a very disappointing experience. This was the first time I've contacted you, and unfortunately the test was not conclusive, so this will be the last.
