bonjour pour cette premiére commnde (test)...la livraison a été trée longue la marque de cette maquette n'est pas la meilleure je suis habitué a faire mes maquettes chez d'autres marques russe et allemande 1 commande livraison trés longue....maquette mal découpé trop de barbe ....piece manquante demi-barque ....manque le pavillon russe....piece fragile cassé......I know you're not in the parcel as the box is a bit cracked it must be an old model the parcel received was well protected and well packaged neanmonis I would recommend 1001 maquettes if the models interest me thank you for the catalog I would like to specify that I model boats and submarines recent and old only cordiale

A small problem with the order which was not in totality but quickly solved.

On the whole, everything is good except for one drawback, which is the delivery time. My parcel was picked up on Thursday but only arrived at the relay point on Wednesday afternoon.

Ordered large number of paints as price... Ordered large number of paints as price was competitive. Shipping was a bit slow and no tracking details were sent so I could not check delivery status. Paints arrived as ordered if a little late, no issue with paint quality so far and order fully filled. Would be happy to use again but only where I see price advantage.

Not the best service experience I've had There are a good range of kits. I went through the order process but an error occurred with validation of payment. I then had an on-line chat which was very good, but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this, successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number, but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.

After I placed my order, I made a mistake. I had ordered glue and 3 jars of paint mix, but I received 2 jars in the first package. Following this, I replied to the satisfaction documentation, stating my problem and pressing the""I would like to contact the team; obviously it didn't work the first time. I had to contact them again to get the jar back. There seemed to be a problem with the parcel as the team did scan the 3 jars but 2 jars arrived.
