The delivery time was respected and the product is compliant. An effort needs to be made on communication: many emails are sent with information that is sometimes incomplete or erroneous. I almost felt like I was being spammed. Finally, the choice of colissimo for delivery leaves something to be desired. Given the price paid, it would have been nice to see a picture of the parcel, even though it was left at a delivery point.

Very disappointed one of the two models ordered is impossible to assemble the parts""coques"" are not compatible what is a pity it is not to have follow-up either a refunding or an exchange if another article. No more replies to emails sent.

Slow delivery and I was bombarded with emails in French. However, the actual products I ordered were packaged well and of good quality which is the main thing.

The model airplane was as advertised and its delivery was timely My only problem with 1001 Modelkits related to the shipping and handling charge of $26.99. I consider that charge excessive for the small lightweight package that was shipped. Had the shipping and handling charge been more reasonable I would have rated my experience as five star.

Dubious! Shipping took far too long. I didn't like the item and it says on the website that you have a 30-day right of return. Yes, you do. You have to pay the return costs to France yourself and then there is only a credit note that you can redeem in the store. It's not clear anywhere that you can't get the money back. I only wanted the one item and will never be able to redeem this voucher. Nothing but expenses. Support took 8 days to reply to an email. That is unacceptable. I wonder if they will comment again: ""I don't understand...."" Sorry I also don't understand how you can run an online business in such a way.

Dear customer, Please note we ship from France, as such the small items sent by letter can take a few weeks to be delivered. Best regards, The 1001Modelkits Team
