Very good site

Order easy payment easy processing a little long and correct delivery with good tracking of the package.

Very good site. One drawback is the choice of humbrol paints, which are not listed by name reference.

Great service I do not mark five stars because it is the first contact

Parcel well received No criticism J

Very good value for money. A small problem with the selected relay point, but otherwise very good. I will come back to you.

- On 1301 I placed an order with 2 items + 8 paints. 1st problem: one of the 2 items was unavailable and I had to contact the after-sales service to find out! By the way, it's not easy to find an e-mail address for complaints on the site (a phone number yes, an e-mail address no). - So on 1002 I received a partial parcel with 1 item + 8 paintings. 2nd problem: the item in the parcel wasn't the one I'd ordered! So I had to contact the after-sales service again to send back the wrong item. - On 1501 I received the parcel with the item that was unavailable. No problem. - So today (1802) I'm still waiting for the parcel with the right item. Summary: for a single order 3 parcels with a return, all spread over at least 6 weeks. I would find it hard to recommend your site, even if the after-sales people are reactive.

Very satisfied with the services of 1001 maquettes. Ordered on the 14th, delivered on the 16th, who could do better? I highly recommend...
