From the day the order is placed to delivery at a relay point, the tracking of the parcel is very well done on the internet and by courier. Delivery times are respected. There was just one minor problem: the package was not properly sealed with tape. There was no problem with the contents of the order. Reply to 1001 maquettes: yes, I did receive your parcel today, but it was too late! And yes the Post Office is right the box was much too big to fit in my Mailbox. What's the point of taking a Colissimo without a signature if I have to take a day off work to receive your package!!!! AND NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOUR WEBSITE given the lack of interest you show in your customers. Very disappointed parcel still not received after 5 days despite almost 10 € postage colissimo without signature. At 1001 maquettes they tell me it's the Post Office's fault. At the post office, the package doesn't fit in your box.
