Customer reviews of 1001hobbies

delivered 2 months later!! Customer service never responds

fast delivery.

Honestly not great, it was my second order (07/24/2025), knowing that the first one was already late, with two gunpla models, they are marked "in stock shipped within 1 week" both. After 2 and a half weeks, the site tells me that the supplier is delayed and that my order will be processed as soon as possible BUT I had to call on 08/21/2025 (yes almost a month) to get someone to fix the issue because for her, there was no problem, the two gunpla had been in stock for a while... strangely the next day my order was at the pickup point... At least customer service answers promptly on the phone. I took the risk of ordering from you again, should I expect the worst or the best? cruel dilemma

It's been almost a month since the order was placed, only part delivered after a phone call. In short, it's not great, there are other sites that are much more efficient, I just hope to receive my order in its entirety.

correct and fast

Perfect

Reception without problems and I was informed of the understandable delay during the summer period Nothing to complain about

Requested products arrive quickly in good condition

Meets expectations

Article indicated available and sent on the same day (05/08/2025) or it was ordered from the supplier and was only shipped on 15/08/2025

A little more expensive than elsewhere but compliant and delivered quickly.

Models that you don't see elsewhere, you find here. Everything is perfect, a bit expensive for shipping costs.

A deadline of one month, I had to send them an email for a proposal for partial shipment of the order.

well received on the scheduled date thank you

The item corresponds to what was declared, quick delivery and perfectly packaged. Absolutely satisfied!

excellent

Good quality items and matching the description except for the glue tube.

Product as described, however the box was a bit damaged

Everything went very well, I recommend

Order processed and sent quickly, I highly recommend

My order has arrived incomplete, the phone support is bad, they haven't replied to my email,

Impeccable!

Always perfect thank you all

Everything is ok

Product conforms to the order. THANK YOU

Hello I am satisfied with the orders placed, and in addition I received the package that was missing. Thank you again, don't change anything. Best regards

Perfect product and shipping

Good product very well made.

Product conforms to the description, received on time.

Sometimes it's a bit complicated to find what you're looking for on the site. Overall, I am satisfied with 1001hobbies.

Order received very late

Hello, 1 of the 2 paint cans was already open. Best regards.

Seriousness and competence as well as speed.

The article is supposed to be available, but it is not, it still needs to be ordered. Shipping costs even though it should be free and the actual purchase price is also too expensive. Email address does not work. Contact can only be made through a French address. No recommendation, never again!

Perfect

I paid for express delivery to give it as a birthday gift, but there was a delivery delay

Impeccable!

1 month delivery delay, order accepted and paid while the products are not in stock. Upon delivery, one product was missing and they offered me a credit for the amount of the product to be used on my next order! I will never buy from this site again.

The items are great, I already knew that. The only big disappointment is the delivery time: more than a month. It would have taken much less time to order it directly from the manufacturer in New Zealand. By going through a French site, one expects more speed and it also avoids customs fees.

Good service, fast delivery, products well protected during transit.
