As much as my very first order was a fiasco, my second went perfectly. Product compliant, delivery on time. And then I was able to take advantage of the "gift voucher" offered after the first experience... just goes to show you should never be left with a bad impression. 1001hobbies and I are reconciled :). Package was flimsy and not up to the task, one of the bottles of paint had damage to the cap, thankfully it did not spill or the whole contents of the order would have been destroyed. I had to be transferred to another bottle immediately. Also, the whole order was about 10 days later than first notified.

Good morning Sir, at the time of the order placed on 11/12/2024 at 17:47, you ordered four products, one of which had a longer delivery time. To avoid delaying the entire order, we decided to split it into two shipments. The first part, containing the immediately available products, was delivered on 24/02/2025, according to the courier's tracking information. The following two products - Greek Cavalry figures SPECIAL IMPORT OF LONG DISCONTINUED FIGURES ORIGINALLY MADE BY ATLANTIC - were delivered on 11/03/2025. The courier also sent us proof of delivery confirming receipt of the package on that date. We apologize for the inconvenience and remain at your disposal for any further information. Long delivery with only one parcel out of the 2 ordered. What's more, the cardboard box was damaged, as was the box containing my product. By way of compensation, I only received a €5 discount code, which means I have to place another order with you in order to benefit from it! This is not at all commercial in my eyes...
