Took a while for delivery, though happy with model My order took 3 weeks to be delivered (I think it was driven to the wrong address, as was stated on the Hermes tracking page) though I was very happy with the model once I received it.

I ordered from 1001Modellbau because I really liked their website. The goods I ordered were also immediately available and should have arrived within 2 days. In the end it took over 1 -2 weeks. Value for money is okay. But it is much cheaper if you do without an internet presence. I don't know whether I would buy here again as the waiting time was very long.

I searched for a long time for certain house kits in 1:87 and then found what I was looking for here. Ordering was easy and I was promptly informed about the status of my order. The processing and shipping times were adhered to as stated in the order. I am very satisfied and will definitely order again!!!

The entire purchase process (internet order, payment processing and delivery) went smoothly. Goods flawless. One small remark: The period between the order process and the payment reminder was a little too short, as times in between, such as vacations, bank transactions directly in the bank building - if you live outside, you don't necessarily go to the bank every day - should be taken into account. The will to pay is there.

I have never had worse results in online shopping. They did not send the order by the chosen system nor did I receive it by the one they chose. I have proceeded to cancel it and I am waiting for a refund.

I placed an order 20 days ago the item was available on the website but not in stock. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Given the impossibility of contacting or receiving a response from them I opened a dispute with PayPal after several days to do so which I had to elevate to a claim since even so they did not refund me the money. As of today PayPal is processing the claim and they still have my money. I do not recommend anyone to buy in this store is a headache time and what is worse .... money. I have never had such an experience with professionals

Company that does not send the order and whose customer service does not exist, they do not answer the messages and the order has not arrived. You would have to be very stupid to buy from this store.

I placed an order that more than a month ago appears as ""shipped"" and that has cost me a good sum of money. To date I have not received the money or the order. They do not answer to the mails and when they answer they are evasive. The last one was to tell me that there was a problem and that they will get back to me when they know something. The order was for a gift and of course it never arrived. Now according to their legal bases I have the right to ask for a refund, which I let them know by email and they don't answer either. They don't even bother to keep the customer informed if they make a new shipment as it also says in their terms and conditions...little more explanation is needed to know what we are talking about when they keep your money but you don't receive anything except silence.
