Content of an e-mail sent by me to kontakt@1001modellbau on January 29, 2014 but not yet answered: Dear Sir or Madam, About an hour ago, the Italeri C47 Skytrain 1:72 model kit I ordered from you was unfortunately delivered by DHL in a miserable condition. A truck must have driven over it (see attached photos!). You can no longer build a model from this kit! Since I paid in advance via paypal including the transportation costs, I expect a delivery in proper condition. What happens now? I expect a reply e-mail from you immediately. With (still) kind regards Walter Schmölling I hope to receive a response here!

Payment for an available kit was accepted 9 days ago then no more news. Solicited by email no response. What are they up to? This behavior is unacceptable: they collected the money where is my model?

Aircraft model packaging and package smell very strongly of nicotine that is very disgusting. Otherwise everything is great.

I ordered on January 17th. I was debited on January 17. 5 calendar days (3 working days) later, on January 22, I received an e-mail stating that your order no. 32571 had been dispatched and that you would be receiving it shortly. On January 31, there was no delivery notice, no delivery, no news. Your telephone service does not answer you are unreachable. I expect a return from you within 24 hours and a commercial gesture on these 2 orders which total more than 340€ TTC. Cordia

On the whole, everything went well. One delicate etched part was slightly bent. It could have been packed a little more carefully and sturdily. But it's not a problem. I would be happy to order from you again.

Hello, since you're asking for my opinion, here it is: I'm surprised that I haven't received my order yet, since I've placed orders for similar products on other sites and they've already been delivered. On the other hand, I'd like to congratulate you on being much quicker than your competitors when it comes to direct debit. However, I hope that I'll be delivered, even if I won't be taking legal action for a small loss.

Order 32661 dated January 21, 2014. The kit arrived on February 6 after a full 16 days despite being marked as immediately available and shipped with DHL. Above all, communications with the customer are deficient: responses to my numerous e-mails about the status of the order have always arrived several days late. One does not run an e-commerce site this way: a customer should be informed promptly especially if his shipment is delayed for any reason.

8 days to prepare the order is a long, long time. Order placed on January 12 and shipped on January 20. We are on the 28th and still no receipt or notice of default.

After 1 month, still no order, despite confirmation by e-mail that the products had arrived in their warehouse. Dear Supplier Keep your commercial gifts it's not a price problem but a lack of respect for the customer. No exact information on the problem with the order tracking emails false an order from January 4 an arrival in your warehouses on January 12 (email sent by you) 3 times by phone you confirmed a departure the same day a written confirmation on the 22nd validating the sending of the order we are the evening of the 30th and no order delivered. After I finished with the PayPal payment I was sent a conformation email that stated the items were overseas and to expect 15 business days for delivery. The items would be sent to their US location and then mailed out from there. They stated that the process to arrive at their facility would take 7-9 days. Already being frustrated with being lied to I emailed the company on day 10 to find out the status of the order. Their response was ""It appears that two of the products you have ordered is unavailable and unfortunately we do not know when it will be again. Following your request, we will refund USD 48,49 on your credit card or Paypal account.""At no point did I ask for a refund nor was there ever a refund! I ended up having to open a Paypal dispute that was escalated to a claim which I was awarded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER-THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES!

Payment was accepted 1701 for 4 colors I can understand that it is not a major expense but it is not acceptable the site is well structured easy and there is a lot of choice . I remain waiting for someone to answer me ..... Luke

It should be said that the instructions will be in German and English, as they are very brief.

The requested material arrived in excellent condition in proper packaging. A few days longer than necessary for delivery but this I think is the fault of the national postal service. In any case 101 models is highly recommended!
