Slowest shipping ever/ No shipping I placed my order on 12/19/14. It is now 1/10/15 and nothing. I sent an email checking on the status and I got the it's crossing the Atlantic response. Must be on a rowboat. They have an excellent selection but getting them seems to be an issue. I ordered items from another company in Poland on 12/26/14 and those items arrived on 1/5/15. I do not like leaving negative reviews. Update: It is now 1/15/15 order still being 'processed'. Thanks for offering free shipping on my next order. But seeing that I am out $183.97 so far on this one I do not think there will be a next order. Sorry. 1/22/15 order still being 'processed'. 34 days now and counting. 1/26/15 Paypal refunded my payment. These guys did not even respond to Paypal's investigation. Ordered same items elsewhere on 1/26/15 and they arrived today 1/30/15. Amazing 38 days with 1001 Modelkits and they where still processing. Not a very good way to run a business...just saying. But what does one person matter to these guys.

1001 Modellini has never let me down the service and shipping is fast even when there is a wait for a product not in stock the wait is not long. In average prices 1001 Modellini comes up with a little less is this is good I personally wish that when offering buyers free shipping this does not expire the following week but at least 30 days later.

Category : Diecast models Fiat 500 Blue +500C Pink x 2 1:43 I ordered the advertised diecast models which were supposed to be a Fiat 500 in Blue and a 500C in Pink in 1:43 scale. What I received was 2 number Fiat 500's in Blue and 2 number 500C's in Pink in 1:87 scale in plastic. I also paid an extra £1.70 for gift wrapping, which was a paper bag! The quality of the products are excellent but they are not what I wanted or ordered! Wrong size, wrong materials and unwrapped, also they took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Additionally, when I checked my order on the website after they arrived, it had changed to what they delivered but the scale is still listed as 1:43. In summary they state that this product is no longer available - Which product is no longer available, the 1:43 Scale Die Cast Models or 1:87 Plastic Models? Luckily, my daughter, for which they were a Christmas present is happy with them.

On December 11 I made a purchase for Christmas. Well, without any communication on January 4 they had not delivered the package. I look on the page my order and I see that it is in refund status and I have not ordered it so they have canceled my order without notice and have not even replied to my mail. A disgrace of a company and a disgrace of service. I will never buy from them again.

I placed my order on December 17th for a product""supposedly"" in stock and which I paid for on the spot. Despite being processed the next day it was not shipped until a week later. Then the shipment has taken 10 more working days to arrive (15 calendar days). Not to compare but a fellow hobbyist placed an order on another site on December 30 and on January 5 he had it at home and was able to deliver his gifts on time. If the transport company they work with does not work, maybe they should be able to deliver the gifts on time.

The same day of placing the order I read very bad reviews about the delivery service so I wanted to stop it as it was important that it was here for Epiphany. They had not even prepared the shipment and did not want to make the refund only a voucher that obviously I did not want so I continued with my order...although they told me that it would be here at the end of this week they just wrote me saying that they still do not have it or them. They will let me know. I do not understand nadapague 15€ for the fastest shipping! If they can not meet the deadlines refund the money! Otherwise they are keeping the customer! The worst thing is that I tried to find the same model for me to arrive on time and Amazon had it in two days!

Inoperative after-sales customer service. Shipments that do not have valid tracking identification.

The instructions could be more 'clear. I have some doubts about the 1:32 scales do not seem so accurate at least in the case of the American armored car .

Lots of choice and order received quickly. However, the explanations given about the models are a little too brief. But I'm happy to recommend this site.
