Everything arrived well. Very nice service. Unfortunately, a bit later than expected otherwise there would be 5 stars. Still, I would gladly do it again.

The product listing states that paint and glue are missing, which is okay. The big problem is that the sails are missing. Extremely disappointed for a first purchase.

I had pre-ordered something, for which the delivery date was delayed by production. The customer service was always friendly and helpful. I felt well taken care of.

Affordable prices. Everything has arrived. The goods are flawless. Everything should have actually been available, but had to be ordered separately. Delivery times were correspondingly long, 1-2 months. However, free partial deliveries were sent.

Paintings ordered in mid-April and announced in stock but actually not available, finally received in mid-July... In the meantime, guarantee received in May for a delivery within 10 days... Not the slightest explanation from the company? On the other hand, the phone contact has always been friendly.

the delay was long, almost 3 weeks, but your teams are reacting; perhaps a warning threshold should be established when your stocks are dangerously low to avoid this waiting and inform customers more quickly.

Good products that will go wonderfully with my BR52 of the same brand to create a diorama. Delivered on time. Only downside: the package was crushed with a huge hole in it. One of the boxes inside was also damaged but fortunately no broken parts.
