Well, unfortunately my opinion is the same as the other negative opinions. First order, I ordered 20g of trim and 5g of lemon but I only received the trim. There is 20g but no lemon. I don't even dare to bother contacting customer service, I'd rather take my losses and forget about them. Next time I'll order from Just Bob because the prices are better and the delivery is as ordered. I'm forgetting 321cbd for good, it's a shame!!!

This site is a horror! Ergonomics of a website from 1998, it crawls and crashes at every turn, account creation is hellish, never buy on this site!

I give 2 stars only for the friendliness and efficiency of the telephone operators with whom I was in contact. 1st order: nothing to complain about, quality flowers, not dry, with taste. 2nd order: parcel lost: call and new parcel sent back the same day. Then parcel found and return label sent immediately. However, flowers were dry and bland. Complaint with photos and no response or commercial gesture. This will be my last order with them, very disappointed.

Scam!!! They sell you 3g of cbd crystals and deliver 10 pills of 10mg which is 10 times less than what I ordered. Be careful !!! Don't be fooled !!!

Disappointed, they say delivery in 48h I ordered and 3 days later the package has still not left the preparation center.

There was a delay with my package delivery. I called their customer support, no one picked up. I thought it would be one of those "never answering" customer services, but they called me backed. Additionally, they spoke English (rare in France). It turned out that the package was lost by the shipping company, so 321cbd sent a new one without asking any further questions, thereby solving the problem quickly and effectively. Can't write much about the quality of the product as I am not a maven CBD user.

Hello everyone, I started with 321cbd, the first order went very badly, I got it 10 days after my order, cause covid-19, ok they were nice because I got 10 grams instead of 5 grams. And then no worries as far as delivery, quality, telephone reception and the friendly lady are concerned. Quality product however I tested positive to a salivary test during a road check following an exclusive consumption of cbd bought on this site. This should not be the case. The level of cbd must not be sufficiently controlled and therefore certainly higher than 0.2%. I would very much like to have proof of the level of cbd present in the plants I have received. I will no longer trust this site.
