Reliable site, good value for money, correct products, delivery too slow for my taste, can sometimes take 1 week...

The prices are attractive and the grass is of good quality. However, as I made a mistake in the delivery address, I wanted to change it just 1 minute after placing the order and it was impossible. I left 5 messages with customer service who didn't reply and sent to the wrong address.

I am very happy I received the package after 5 days. When I saw all the comments I was really afraid of being ripped off but it's not the case the product is quality and unbeatable value for money. I don't understand the negative comments, well maybe I was lucky, in short no problem for me.

Serious site contrary to what is said, I ordered twice and very satisfied with the products on the one hand and customer service on the other. I tested the Moonrock and the Asteroid Comet, the two most concentrated in cbd of the site, respectively 35 and 85%, especially the second which sends you to the upper reaches of your bed!!!! So for the products, it's the best ?? and it's still weird that for each negative review, no one puts which product they ordered (otherwise what's the point of leaving a review if you don't talk about what you tried, it's useless even!). As for customer service, it deserves the gold medal, very available or they call you back within 10 minutes. My second order was intercepted by customs, but they sent it back to me straight away... just the post office, which was a bit slow in delivering, but hey, it's the post office! So as far as I'm concerned, it's a great site that I highly recommend?

This site is the nugget of CBD, for my part I am 10 aine orders for the moment and frankly it's always as well packaged as good quality. After trying out several sites, I'd recommend this one 100%. Hello everyone, I have placed several orders since the beginning of July without any problems and I am really happy with the quality of the products and the customer service!...until 09-09/20 last order of 30?... no tracking number... no one at customer service because they don't reply! Emails are useless because there's no reply either! It's been 13 days and I've lost hope and confidence in this site ... it's a real shame ... what a waste !!!! The worst thing is that you don't reply to these loyal customers ... it's disgraceful! Obviously I'm not the only one in this case from what I see on the net ... I'm asking for a complaint because if you don't reply any more, there's a problem? You should close down and be condemned because the products are legal and authorized in France! Order paid on 31 08 2020 for 25g of one variety. I received 5g of another variety on September 3.???!??!?!?!?? I managed to get a lady on the phone on September 4 who apologized and confirmed that she would send 20g of the original variety the same day. Delivery expected mid-week on 09 09. As of today, 11 09, I still have nothing. I've left several courteous messages via their contact form, with no reply. I've tried to reach them 10 times today by phone and nothing. I'm afraid I've stumbled on a scam or they're close to bankruptcy and are taking a few last orders to bail out. I'm really disappointed. I ordered a year ago and everything went well. I'm not going to give up... to be continued I managed to get in touch with a very nice lady who explained to me that they're in the process of changing shippers and that in the meantime they're going through the post office, which has caused major problems for the last 15 days. Counting on this lady's good faith, I'll wait a little longer before calling her again on Tuesday. I finally received the order by post. I'm upping the ante. Thank you

So here I am, I've just placed my first order with 321CBD because they offer 20g+5g free and therefore a more interesting price than Famous CBD with whom I also have nothing but good things to say, except that they no longer offer 30% off so I tested 321CBD which saves me 20 euros on 25g. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I had to wait 8 days to receive my order, with customer service that wasn't very helpful. Otherwise, whether in terms of weight or quality, nothing to say, excellent, just like Famous CBD, minus the speed of delivery. Another very interesting point is that each order is rewarded with a discount on the next order, which gave me a discount of 8.87 euros on an order of 93.61 euros, so my next order will surely be with them. In conclusion, you're good to go, just watch out for delivery times, don't be in too much of a hurry.

Good site, more than fair prices, but delivery and quality can sometimes be rather random... Especially delivery to relay points! As for customer service, it can be quite responsive, but you should prefer to communicate via Facebook.

I ordered on saturday, on the website it says that my order has been shipped, and when i go to chronopost, it tells me that my parcel is still at 321cbd. impossible to reach on the phone and by email they don't reply, if they continue like this they'll be able to shut me down soon. first and last order, with them.
