Well, there’s no problem except for some injection marks that I can’t remove, and sending the defective figurine is an excellent idea to test methods for removing the injection marks or paint. One by one, the figurines are beautiful. I had some doubts about the size; I imagined them to be bigger, but in the end, they correspond more to the legend like that. The issue is that I was supposed to have only 2 identical ones, but I have 3 that are the same. In a group of 6, it stands out very well. The funny thing is that it’s the pose of the defective figurine that is not represented, even though it was supposed to be in duplicate. That has a funny side.

Hello Adrien and thank you for the feedback!
Yes, this "defective" figurine had an issue with the sculpture... and the sculptor was not available to correct it... So, we sent more of his colleagues to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, we are sometimes dependent on the creators, but we always strive to find the best solution for everyone :)

Nice, the figurine is perfect on the visible side but hardly cleaned on the 'hidden' side, but well, I would have been really happy with the whole figurine cleaned properly. After all, it's not a big deal, I'll do it myself, it's just a detail, but for me, it's important ;)

Hello Leo and thank you for this feedback! So it's not normal that it hasn't been cleaned on the back... If it's not too late, could you please write to us at [email protected] so we can see what happened and especially reprint it for you properly? :) Best regards, Gaspard

Hi Alexandre, and thanks for the feedback!
Indeed, I'm thinking mainly about the ability to massively recover files on the site, but the problem is that the files are several 100aine of Mo, or even a few Go... So it's not at all as easy to host them on the site without blowing up the servers in a few weeks :D
