Product conforms to the order but the gift wrapping is shabby, worthy of a costume jewel at 10 euros!!!! I'm ashamed to offer a gift at this price in such packaging !!!! As for the "dialogue" with customer service, it's non-existent, no response.

The pin buckle is aesthetically perfect, very similar to the original, except for the metal pin that fits into the bracelet, which can be improved: a little too thin and, above all, the wrong bore, as the screw turns wildly and doesn't lock into the buckle. I hope it doesn't come loose.

The manufacture of both my watch bands took a little longer then expected and the clasp on one of them was of a very poor quality. I think the expectations were, on the side of the manufacturer, that you replace the clasp on the band with the original of the watch. Unfortunately for me the original reason why I replaced the bracelet for a strap was to protect the original bracelet and to get a different feel. So I was forced to order an aftermarket clasp. The quality of the leather on the straps was excellent but that one clasp was so stiff it made it unusable until I ordered a different one aftermarket.

I had an issue with one of my bands and they looked after it right away and kept me informed about the progress of the replacement order.I have also ordered many bands from them and their quality and customer service is the best.

No invoice accompanying the order as could be expected from a company doing serious business. No answers at all to e-mails requesting an invoice, nether when written in English nor when in French.Furthermore, one of the straps - alligator - is crooked on the watch side. No answer to that problem, too.

Really awesome alligator straps!

ABP concepts website configurator is easy to use and enabled me to quickly spec a new alligator strap for my Audemars Piguet in a colour that matched the blue chronograph hand.The strap arrived within a few weeks, fits perfectly to the case and deployant clasp, and looks amazing. Highly recommended.

I am incredibly happy with the strap I received from ABP. The choice on their website is vast, delivery was very quick (less than 5 business days) and their customer service was excellent. A particular thank you to Clémence for being incredibly engaging and prompt with their replies.

This is the first time I've ever reviewed a business from which I haven't bought a product or service from. It's not for lack of trying.I contacted ABP on four separate occasions, over a span of six months, in an attempt to buy straps and a watch:1) Email inquiry regarding one of their straps2) Email inquiry regarding a different strap3) Website submission regarding a watch they're an authorized dealer for4) Website submission regarding the same watchIn none of these cases did I get a reply.On the one hand, I've heard wonderful things about their product. On the other hand, I've heard frustrating anecdotes about their customer service (both in person and electronic). In the end, I never had to make a decision since they clearly don't want my business.

I ordered a custom strap for a very rare, potentially unique, Bulova Accutron. I specified Pineapple leather and am astonished with the quality and workmanship of the final product. I highly recommend ABP custom strap for any of your very special wristwatches.

Incredibly beautiful and consistently well made straps. These straps are so much better and more personal than original manufacturers straps on even the best watch brands.

I read some good stories about ABP. I choose a bracelet and upon closing the order, I noticed I made a mistake in the house number of my address. I immediately contacted them to ask them to change the number, but no response, and off course the packet was delivered on another addressThe bracelet I purchased was nice, no doubt about that. It fitted nicely with the watch. However, after the first use, when I washed my hands, there were some water droplets on the strap. Little did I know that any waterdroplet gives a stain that does not go away. I reached out to customer service and the reply was that this is indeed a product attribute and that the strap should never get wet. This was not stated on the website but customer service did not offer any solution or apology. I buy quite a lot of straps from different suppliers, but never experience these kinds of product failures.

Order on the internet! Broken without being notified!!! After a call I was told to call back but no news! Today they tell me, when I call back, that my order should eventually arrive in 1 week! They are not professional I do not recommend at all! I have just cancelled my order
