Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Lilo
You ordered a cardboard figurine of Frozen. The order was shipped the same day.
Chronopost did not fulfill its contract as the package should have arrived the next day.
We are sorry for that.

Have you contacted our team for compensation?
Thank you

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Mahmoud
We have noted your message. But we do not understand why. Our cardboard masks are in 2 dimensions.
We have just added more photos of the mask in its packaging to show you that the images are accurate.
Can you send us photos?
Thank you

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Rahamatou
You ordered and received the Lion King figurine
https://deco-de-heros.com/21729-figurine-carton-le-roi-lion-disney.html

You asked us to return it because you 'made a mistake' about the dimensions and assembly.
You refused to deduct the shipping costs from the refund, and you indicated that the item was no longer in its original packaging so that we could sell it to another customer.

In this state, we cannot proceed with a full refund if you have used the product.

Thank you for your understanding.
The Déco de Héros team

The product is okay even if it tears easily but the delivery was supposed to be in 24 to 48 hours and I received it after 13 days... which delayed all my subsequent work.. but the result is okay.
