The wallpaper joints are not good... For the price, it leaves something to be desired

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Graziella, We have noted your message. This item is one of our bestsellers. The wallpapers are all printed and cut industrially. It is the customer's responsibility to check before applying the glue. Did you check that the strips (panels) were compliant? Once the glue is applied, we cannot assist you. Each wallpaper has its own installation protocol which is indicated in the installation manual provided. Best regards. The Héros Deco team

Perfect order, just the address of the pickup point and the name of the customer were not correct. But everything went very well

Package arrived at another pickup point with delays and wasted time and diesel energy to understand where to find it and go pick it up. I still don't understand why these problems for a Christmas gift that almost got lost.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Carole, You ordered on a Friday evening. Your item was shipped the following Monday. It was delivered to a pickup point on Thursday by Chronopost. During December, it's the Christmas period which generated a lot of traffic. And some pickup points could no longer receive packages due to lack of space. That's why your package was dropped off at a different pickup point. Thank you for your understanding. The Héros Deco team

Item for a Christmas gift. It looks great. I will order another one but for my son because when I wrapped it, he loved it and wants the same as his father. Careful and fast shipping.

The order arrived 3 days late compared to the chosen option, due to the holidays, but the company was responsive to my request and was able to deliver my order on time. Moreover, the product is of very good quality, I recommend.

I received the package, but one of the items has stains that are not attributable to your store as this item is under plastic.

Miraculous box that will break at the opening on the first day. And the plastic glasses have labels on them that peel off. I do not recommend at all
