The decorations are not aligned, yet I have placed them side by side. The hat is aligned, the arm as well. And the rest has an offset.

Not satisfied with the return policy, plus it's at my expense and the non-full refund. Very disappointed, I do not recommend.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Amar,
The shipping costs for both ways are charged to us by the carriers, which is normal. They do not work for free (salaries, trucks, etc.).
It is normal for the customer who wishes to make a return to share the costs.
Otherwise, it's the end of small merchants.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
The DECO DE HEROS team

Delivery is too late, the relay closed at 8:30 knowing that the schedule indicates 7:00. I had to send two emails to find out why this delay from GLS the carrier. Given the price, I am disappointed.

Fast shipping, product exactly as described and well made. The price is not the best considering it is paper items, 50 euros plus shipping for a paper silhouette, in my opinion very much, however being the only one who offered this item I am very satisfied.

Very poor quality mask (the elastic lasted a maximum of ten seconds before breaking) and arrived with part of the cardboard folded (so the mask is damaged).
