Very nice rendering but it should be noted that the frieze is very thin so the defects of the wall underneath are visible

I placed an order for my son's birthday 15 days before the date. A few days before, customer service called me to say that one of the items was out of stock; they offered to send the order without it but suggested waiting a few more days to see if it would be back in stock. In the end, the shipping was quite long. And I wasn't lucky because the package got lost... However, the support team was quite responsive, but I still had to take some steps on my side because in the end, I even received a package that wasn't mine (in a locker) because of the carrier... In short, the package was received with a lot of delay, but the fault is mainly due to GLS. The items are compliant and of good quality.

I had ordered a product for an event scheduled three days later. The site guaranteed delivery in less than 48 hours, which is what interested me. I ultimately canceled the purchase due to a change of mind about the product. I canceled within the hour, taking care to contact customer service. Not only did they still send me the order (charging me for it), but the product arrived well after the deadlines indicated on the site. Never received any feedback regarding my request. Useless!

Very nice bed just a big disappointment for the drawers. It is not marked anywhere that they are made of paper and not wood, so there is no drawer but 2 fragile storage pockets

Dear Madina,
Thank you sincerely for your review and rating. We are delighted that the bed met your expectations, but we are sorry to hear that the drawers did not live up to your hopes.
We just checked the detailed sheet, it is indeed indicated in the Storage Drawers section: - Material: cardboard and Polypropylene (soft drawers)
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other suggestions.
Best regards,
