I bought a set of four wheels for a chair, two of which are equipped with brakes. Unfortunately, the two wheels with brakes do not work at all: the locking system is ineffective and does not secure the chair. I had to put back the old wheels to be able to use the chair safely. Very disappointed with the quality of the product. Avoid if you are looking for reliable and secure wheels.

Thank you for your feedback. After reading your message, I better understand the situation: there seems to be a small confusion about the intended use of this product.
The wheels you purchased are specifically designed for fixed furniture, light handling on industrial floors, or suitcase repairs. Unfortunately, they are not suitable for equipping a seat or a chair.
Indeed, their tire is made of soft polyurethane to protect delicate floors. This essential softness means that the brake can slightly slip under the weight or impulse of a moving chair, which explains the lack of rigidity you noticed. For a chair, you need wheels that meet specific seating standards.
Although the product is not defective but simply unsuitable for your use, we do not want to leave you with a bad experience. I therefore propose that you return the set for a full refund so that you can equip yourself with compliant wheels for your chair.
