I love this hat but there is one issue, the edge is a bit wavy on each side I would say and I don't know if I can reshape it with steam to regain its original shape.

Difficult to comment upon receipt of the package but at first glance, the size of the Panama fits my head size, its texture is fine and I think it is of good quality; we will see that in use. As for shipping/delivery, everything went very well.

Everything went very well

I ordered a hat in size 56, I received a hat much larger, at least size 58, and customer service did not want to cover the return shipping costs. I am very disappointed by this attitude, unworthy of good commercial service!!!
