Serious site, but for my part, since the hat did not fit me, I had to return it, at my expense of course; 8 euros anyway, and for hats of this quality, trying them on is essential, that's why I would have liked to have at least one free return! otherwise quick refund!
This is my first order… And the second will follow quickly. The reason: I am completely satisfied both with the easy navigation on the site where the postal address is indicated (which is reassuring) and with the order confirmation. The perfect delivery was made within the deadline and the ordered item was provided with very good quality and very solid cardboard packaging. And upon opening the package, I was able to appreciate the quality of the product that met my expectations. Moreover, it is a made in Italy product… when we can buy European it is all the better especially since I appreciate the quality/price ratio at its best level. To conclude, being fully satisfied with my order I recommend the Traclet house to all those who love hat articles.
