The beanie frankly disappointed me in terms of quality and design (a small stitch right in front that has no business being there) - and the color is not nice at all - this beanie does not deserve the price it costs

It is possible to change the color if the chosen colors do not suit you. Regarding the stitching, could you please send us a photo because on hats, the stitching is normally placed at the back except in certain cases.

The hat size is too big so not suitable but I was able to remedy it by soaking it in a special bath. The bright red color of the beanie does not match, I will not wear it (not in this state that's for sure unless playing Commander Cousteau)

An accessory is missing from the cap and I still haven't received it. I was told it would be sent to me 15 days ago and I haven't heard anything since!!!
