Yes, there is information that we will add to better explain the double cork colonial hat.
Ten years ago, our manufacturer made this model entirely lined with cork, but since then he has stopped production partly because during manufacturing the cork broke and thus the hat was unsellable.
But above all, the cork after a few months of use due to temperature changes broke and became without cork lining.
However, the model has continued but without this complete lining and simply with the band added to the inside of the hat to adjust the size and improve ventilation.
This differentiates it from the classic straw colonial hat.

"Good but can do better!" The site is well designed, clear and easy to navigate. The offer is diversified, and it's enjoyable to search there. However, a few points temper this good first impression: spelling mistakes that would make a middle school student blush on the site and deserve thorough correction, the delivery announced in 24 to 72 hours took 5 days (it's a detail but accumulated with the rest, it undermines trust in the brand), the ordered product arrived defective (badly sewn strap that detached after 2 minutes), the telephone reception regarding the product return was surreal as my interlocutor seemed indifferent. Finally, and this is where my misunderstanding lies, we are dealing with rather high prices which leads to high expectations partially disappointed by reality. Last disappointing detail: the fact that the return is at the customer's expense while it is free on many sites, whereas depending on the brand and the product the size may not fit.
