As if by miracle, barely 48 hours after my letter, this order was sent to me, my hat was 'sleeping' somewhere, if I hadn't manifested myself I might still be waiting!! Otherwise the ordered product is compliant, I regret the lack of information regarding its maintenance: hand wash or machine? No notice or label. La Chapellerie Traclet had accustomed me to better.
