Hello, Regarding the product, nothing to say, it is very good. However, regarding customer service, there are points to review, namely: - I would have liked to be informed by email that the product I ordered was being restocked, and that I was given an approximate delivery date. Instead, I was left without news, wondering if I would receive my order before Christmas. - Not having any news, I called the company, and I spoke to someone who was borderline polite who told me that I shouldn't have called, but that I should send an email. Where is the Customer Service?

I am generally happy with my order, but one of the berets ordered is not Made in France and seems of lower quality... and this was not specified on the site. Otherwise, the other 3 are perfect, the quality and fit of the berets are very good.

Cap not yet given, but will surely please. That's for sure!!
