The site is very good, delivery very fast. Without being a complaint, some hats that interested me were not available and others did not have my size, but overall, nothing serious.

Quality hat. Nice effect. However, order tracking is insufficient. Given a 2-week delay and 4 weeks later it is sent following 2 email and phone complaints. Arrived on time the day before my wedding.

Product conforms to what I expected

I am satisfied with the product, however the delivery took longer than expected. I contacted them regarding the abnormally long delivery (initially scheduled for 48-72h), they replied that it was normal because the product (the size of the cap) was out of stock at that time. This was not indicated on the site.

As always, Traclet hat shop lives up to its reputation: wide choice of products, ease of ordering, order tracking, delivery. Nothing to complain about!

Good except the error on the bow tie error on a product 2 black and not a red one a black good hat

Excellent quality cap (French manufacture by the way), made with good materials. However, I understand what a review says about the 'saucer' effect. The cap does indeed seem very (too) wide on the edges. However, a little common sense and ingenuity are enough to make a stitch on each side to finally achieve the desired effect. One star less for this stitching point, unfortunately.
