Ordered on January 27 in the smallest size possible (and yes I have a small head) so necessarily not in stock, I finally received it in mid-March. Very attentive and responsive seller, we were able to communicate via messenger (Facebook) for the follow-up of the restocking during all this waiting time. In the end, a cowhide hat, border type, straight from Australia which is just superb! Package perfectly wrapped and protected, the hat suffered no damage! Good hat shop that I recommend, you just have to be patient when ordering a small size because the standards in hats are necessarily more available than others but the site has plenty of options so you always find what you want!
Too few small size hats. I set an email alert on the Shannon model size 53 over a year ago, still no news.

Hat delivered with more than a month delay - terrible communication - impossible to refund
For the manufacturing time, this delay is well noted as 3-4 weeks at the time of ordering and also confirmed by email.
