I have already given my opinion several times on the ordered item, a very average quality. Too bad because the hat is beautiful.

Cap matches my order, well packaged in a box, and a surprise... a gift voucher for a wine sales site. Thank you. I highly recommend this very serious site. Delivery on time but the package was thrown into my lawn on a rainy day... the box and the cap were therefore in very poor condition. The box did not withstand the rainwater so the wool cap was flat and damp... too bad...

I called customer service to get details about an item. I received a clear, precise answer. I received my order very quickly and the product arrived in superb packaging. If I need to buy a hat again, it will be from Traclet, that's for sure 🙂

Satisfied with the information provided on the site

Pleasant navigation on the site. Very wide choice. But no news of my order after 3 weeks. I send an email without response. I call and I am told that my order has arrived and will be shipped. Order received with a 24h delay compared to the forecast.

Usually satisfied. For my last order (I am a loyal customer), I am unhappy. A part of the product (but which gives all the charm to the hat) does not match the photos of the article. The response from customer service: it's the manufacturer's fault, figure it out yourself...
