I still haven't received my hat. It's been 3 months since I ordered a bowler hat. After sending emails, I have remained without a response from you. I do not recommend anyone to order a hat from Traclet. .....

The site is well made. The hat I received is of good quality. Only downside: I ordered a size 56/57 and received a size 57, so a bit too big. A detail, however.
