I always have reservations about ordering this kind of product online, I think this is the last time. It would be good to check the actual size of the items sold and provide indications in the product sheets, such as 'size large' or 'order one size down'.

I am very disappointed, I received my hat 3 days late and it has a stain, so it is impossible to wear it without looking ridiculous. I did not find a return slip in the box, I wrote to you two weeks ago to ask how I could return it and I have not received a response. I want to return it and get a refund.
