The items I ordered were out of stock (availability in 2 or 3 weeks). After 6 weeks of waiting, I had to make a complaint for them to finally be sent to me. In the meantime, I received no information. Order tracking seems to have some misses.

Good quality hats... but I absolutely wanted a hat made in France, and I ordered it as such. On one of the two, no origin so no certainty.... and on the second, made in Italy. I would have preferred a bit more honesty.
