The site is easy to consult. Good description of the products. I would have liked to see more photos of hats worn. The video for measuring head circumference is well done, but does not draw attention to the ears: should the tape measure be placed on the ears or above? This made me choose a size that is a bit too tight and I have to be careful to position my hat well if I don't want it to be too tight!
Everything was perfect - I have nothing to say and I love the hat.

The hat I ordered was not available at the time of my order but I only found out after I had validated and paid. Then no news at all. I had to send an email to request the cancellation of my order for it to, coincidentally, be shipped the same day????
When ordering, I asked a question about the item and the answer was not precise enough, the answer was discovered after delivery on the item itself.
