I am very satisfied with my order. This is the second hat I order from the Traclet site. The delivery was a bit long (about 3 weeks) but it's quite understandable given the current health conditions. The two Italian hats are beautiful, of good quality, arrived in careful packaging.

Good product.... the site photos do not allow for a good enough identification of the product.

Satisfaction is not complete because the delivered cap is not the color mentioned on the site. When you buy an anthracite gray color, you expect the reflection of the selected shade... however, the model received is BLACK, completely black for the outer part (visible) and only 'Scottish' gray for the underside of the visor!! You will easily understand our dissatisfaction!!! However, my husband decided to keep the cap because the size suited him.
