The site is very user-friendly. Delivery faster than expected. The packaging protects the hat well. The size fits perfectly. A success
Beautiful quality, the brown is rather black, however the chapka is large when the ears are raised and is really fitted when they are lowered. The seams may tend to press a bit too much at the ears, we'll see with use over time, maybe to shape it.

Disappointed. Bad information on the site: 1/ engraving at 250 characters but an email asks me to limit to 20 characters!? : so I would have chosen a competitor. 2/I receive an email informing me of the shipment of my package while I receive an email afterwards asking for a modification: so my order was not processed! I hope to be an isolated case. Normal delivery and good protection.

Site ok, however the delivery of my order does not quite match the photo on the site. Also, the rigidity of the hat is not sufficiently indicated. I RECOMMEND CHAPELLERIE TRACLET.
Ordered from Réunion for a person living in Spain, the hat arrived in less than a week. An email is sent to say that the delivery person is arriving for the package. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and speed of the services. Few sites offer this kind of service.
