Ordered a Stetson Main Tweed cap for a Christmas gift. Impeccable service. Well-packaged parcel, received on the indicated dates with regular tracking. A size issue when taking the recommended one below... Too bad, as I had to return (at my expense) the parcel for an exchange to the correct size. Fortunately, the email exchanges are responsive and clear, and the new shipment could be made very quickly and directly to the address of the person who was to receive the gift. This is not the first time I have ordered and I am generally very satisfied.

Second purchase made at Traclet: impeccable service both times. Fast and clean shipping, nothing to complain about. Regarding the hat, no disappointment. Nice shape and especially very light (at least compared to my Stetson Elkader), so comfortable. Two downsides though: folding and shaping are not as simple as presented (worried about leaving creases), and the hat is a bit large (one size larger apparently). But maybe it's just my piece, and better that than too small. In any case, beautiful hat!
