I placed an order on December 2. As soon as I finished, I received a first questionnaire from you. Then, after almost 3 weeks of silence, I sent an email asking what was happening since I had received nothing. In response, I was told that the package had been sent while I had no information from the postal service. A week later, still having nothing, a new email with a delivery deadline. A package arrived on Monday, January 4, with only 2 items. I asked for explanations for these items and I am still waiting for a response.

the hat is indeed the beige Chamonix hat and as indicated on this model, our manufacturer delivers either with a solid beige fur or with black spots. We offered to send you the hat with the black tips which you refused.
