The cardboard box was damaged and very poorly taped. For a beret that I want to give as a Christmas gift, it's embarrassing. In itself, it is very beautiful and apparently of good quality. I am really disappointed by this degraded packaging. I hesitated before recommending from Chapellerie Traclet.

The site is well made and appealing. The staff I contacted by email seemed friendly and attentive. However, as I mentioned below in a comment and as I warned you today by email, the package tracking indicates that it is stuck in Lyon, which is unfortunately very unsatisfactory. I would really be happy to give you 5 stars once the package arrives, but for now, I am still wondering if my order will be honored. I sincerely hope that the Traclet staff will resolve this issue. Sorry to only give one star for now.
