Then, after almost 3 weeks of silence, I sent an email asking what was happening since I had received nothing. In response, I was told that the package had been sent while I had no information from the postal service. A week later, still having nothing, a new email with a delivery deadline. A package arrived on Monday, January 4, with only 2 items. I asked for explanations for these items and I am still waiting for a response.

The alert system 'Product available again' is well designed. The delivery is also flawless (relay point, due to surprise gift).

Did not receive the correct item. Following the various emails sent to customer service, I am told that the fur can have a different color! I ask to be reimbursed for the shipping costs, no reaction. I return the hat, what about the return costs?
