Delivery by Colissimo poorly tracked. The product is 2 sizes larger than the actual head circumference. Actual head circumference = 61, as a precaution I ordered size 60 ... I should have ordered size 59 for the cap to fit well.

Colissimo, the post office and their pick-up points are not reliable. The package arrived on time but impossible to pick it up. Nothing works at Carrefour Market in Louhans! I am sorry for the Traclet company which seems serious to me. I don't know what to do now to recover this damn package despite my complaint to Colissimo, the Post Office. Incompetents.
