I ordered a crown reinforcement for one of my hats: super happy, it remains flexible and holds well. The hat box is perfect, and everything is very well packaged and shipped quickly. I am very satisfied. Thank you.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
I find this comment unfortunate as we have clearly explained the delivery delay and we apologized for this delay in an email.
Furthermore, we provided you with a hat box worth 10 euros as a commercial gesture.
Please let us know what else you would like to satisfy you.
Thank you anyway for your comment on the product.
Best regards
Traclet

Very satisfied with my purchases. The site is very pleasant to browse, delivery times are very short, and the packaging is very sturdy. The hats I ordered, both made in France, are pretty, very flattering, and of very nice workmanship. I highly recommend Chancellerie Traclet.

The rain scarves are not very enveloping to protect the entire hairstyle from the rain. However, the hats are perfect.
