The hat was delivered late, the package was open. The delivered hat is not the correct model ordered: "Kangol Tropic player" delivered, "Kangol Mowbray gray" ordered.
Thank you for simply sending us as requested by email a received photo in order to proceed with its replacement with a good return.
In the case where the package is open, as we indicate in our sales conditions but also in all messages like here; refuse the package because we have no proof that the hat has not been stolen.
Regarding the delay, everyone knows that currently with COVID 19, the postal logistics platforms are delayed and especially that they do not operate every day (also indicated on our site)

Problem between the photos that represented a Kangool cap but the item was from another brand therefore on top.
