I had ordered this hat to give to a friend before he left on a trip, on the site, before buying it, I see that the delivery of the product is estimated between 1 and 2 weeks, so I take it, thinking I would be on time. The hat was ordered on Saturday, January 25, I expected to receive it by Monday, February 10 at the latest. However, I had no news of my order until February 21, the day I was informed that the hat had been shipped, my friend had left more than a week ago. I ended up receiving the package on February 25, more than 15 days after the maximum delivery window indicated on your site. Unbearable.

Not only were the orders completely delayed, but they were not delivered to the indicated address and were instead made available at an unknown pickup office that is far from being the closest. Result; I am away abroad without any of the three hats I ordered for my trip and now I am bothering my family with proxies and photos of identity documents at an unknown pickup office located somewhere in Kuge... city of Bosnia-Herzegovina... I am furious and unhappy.
